Wilma and I moved here from Virginia last year purchasing a home in Madison. Immediately we began looking for a contractor to build additional bookcases and add a year round room to the back of the home. After speaking with neighbors, we were given the number for Structure Remodeling. Donald came out and listened to our request of desires and drew up some plans. We spoke to a number of other contractors before deciding to go with Structure. They came up with the best design and the most workable rates for us. We could not be happier. The bookcases complement the existing architecture of the rooms and the sunroom is everything we wanted. We enjoy it early mornings and afternoons and rainy days. We also added a paved patio and pergola which has given added dimension to the back yard. Our retirement years here in this home with family and friends will be all the more enjoyable with the sunroom and pergola. We have not hesitated to give there name and number to others. Donald and his office staff and team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Everything done met and exceeded our expectations. We have already commissioned them to do another job for us. When moving to Alabama from Pennsylvania, we didn\'t have a lot of time to pick out a house, so we settled on one that we knew would eventually need a kitchen remodel. Not being from the south, we had no idea how to find a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and capable contractor. We noticed our neighbors had used Structure Remodeling on two separate occasions, and after we asked them if they were happy with the work that was done, we called and had Donald come out to give us advice, and an estimate. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism, and knowledge level. We signed on to have Donald and his crew turn our divided kitchen and family room into an open area, including adding windows where there weren\'t any. We absolutely love the results, and would recommend Structure Remodeling to anyone looking to have home improvements done. We are already talking about what we would like Donald and his crew to do next in our home.

Initial contact was in August 2012 when I watched their energetic crew working on the next door home. Donald provided an estimate for Vinyl replacement of existing siding. Donald said it would take some time to get the correct colors and because of their busy work schedule he would try to work me in between other large jobs. This was satisfactory to me. Siding replacement, soffit, eaves were to be replaced, repairs of some existing dry rot wood in windows and painting of all windows and existing wood trim work. I was well pleased with the work performed. Much of the work was done by one or two individuals at a time, but when the actual siding went on a full crew arrived and accomplished their job in short order. If there was a misunderstanding, it was quickly corrected. I would not hesitate to use Structure Remodeling again and would encourage others to use them if needed. I was extremely well pleased.

We were so excited to final get Structure Remodeling to build our garage. We had just about given up on the idea that we would ever have our dream garage! We had interviewed 6 contractors and 3 of them didnt even take the time to show up to give us an estimate. We originally hired someone, but after waiting 3 months to get started we finally let him go and by blind luck we called Donald at Structure Remodeling to get an estimate. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. I can truthfully say Donald returned all my calls each and every time he said he would and provided on time everything he said he would do. His crews were professional, on time and had a high degree of pride in their work. His office staff were just as exceptional. They would return calls and work with us on any items we needed. I would like to give kudos to the crew at Structural Remodeling for the great job they did repairing my garage door, that was still under warranty. You never know what to except when something goes wrong, i.e. will the company make good on its promise with warranty items. My experience dealing with warranty items in the past has never been pleasant, this was as pain-free and simple as you can get. I called and explained the problem and a crew was out within two days. So I give them two thumbs up on support after the build. It's not your typical get the money and run. Robert
