My wife and I built our home in 1992. We had recently decided it was time to upgrade our existing vinyl siding to Hardie cement siding. Finding a contractor who was willing to take on the project was the first hurdle. A couple after seeing some of the heights involved never even bid. We are very glad we chose Structure. They did the job we wanted done and the way we wanted it done. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed as the project progressed. They started and ended on time. All work met our expectations. Payment terms were agreeable with no hidden costs. Their employees were both professional looking and acting. Over the past 8 years, we have used Structure Remodeling on 3 different occasions, most importantly the complete construction of our new family home. Donald and his crew were always professional and courteous. Carrie has always been prompt on answering our questions and returning our calls. During the construction of our home, they were very flexible concerning changes and frequently offered suggestions on how to improve the design of the house. The home was finished on time and on budget. It has now been two and a half years since the construction was completed and we are still very pleased about the quality of the home. We have not had to call the crew back out to fix any construction related issues. I heard about Donald and Structure Remodeling thru a friend who had work done by them. I was impressed by the work they did. I contacted Donald to do some work for me, this was to include new windows, new siding, painting and new decks out in back. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend Structure Remodeling to anyone with a construction project. Donald and his crew have painted my house, put siding up where needed, replaced flooring and painted the inside. There were several areas I had not even been aware of that needed repairing in the house, Donald pointed them out to me, suggesting ideas. They have also repaired my free standing garage. We had our deck totally rebuilt with part of it as a covered porch. New gutters and fascia boards were replaced, as well as, so many other details. Structure Remodeling was very professional, very hard working, and provided detailed work. Donald and the crew kept us informed about problem areas they were finding. We appreciated this information because one problem area would affect another area. They dealt with rain issues throughout the project.
