I contracted Structure Remodeling to put a new roof and new siding on my house and to replace the windows and put new siding on my stand-alone garage. Structure Remodeling managed to complete the entire job in 3 days and at a reasonable price. Ive had quite a few comments that my house is the prettiest one on the street. I would recommend Structure Remodeling for any remodeling job that you want to perform on your house.

When we decided to remodel our basement my wife and I were very excited about the potential it had to improve our home.  We had a general idea of what we wanted and fair understanding of what it might cost.   I set out to get estimates and in all got three.  The first was from a large, respectable company that came with many referrals.  The company had a reputation for excellent work but at a premium.  Sure enough they were way too high on their estimate.  The next company was one I hadn’t heard much about and left me less than impressed.  The builder had plenty of grand ideas but didn’t seem to be listening to and of ours.  He too came in very high with his estimate.  We were beginning to think we could not afford this project at this time.   It was at this time that we called Donald at Structure Remodeling.  A realtor friend had used him multiple times and had recommended we call them.  Our friend sold houses in the range of $50,000 to well over a million and had always been spot on with her recommendations.  My first impression was that he seemed to be a good listener with an honest demeanor.   Donald came to our house and heard what we wanted and offered some great suggestions.   His ideas were not only practical and aesthetically enhancing but were more cost feasible as well.  When Structure Remodeling submitted their estimate it was about half as much as other the bids.  My wife and I were quite surprised.  So surprised we were a little concerned.  Was this too good to be true?  In hindsight we shouldn’t have been too surprised because I had done my homework and had a friend who used to build houses give me some idea of the costs.  His costs were in line with Donald’s estimate. 

We agreed to have Structure Remodeling do our job.  I can honestly say that the whole experience from start to finish was a pleasant one.  Donald and his men were there when they said they would be there and his subcontractors were all professional as well.  From the very beginning Donald provided us his cell phone number to call him day or night should we have any questions.  His office assistant, Kerry, was also very professional to work with as well. She made ordering supplies for our project easy.  I remember her follow up call right after the project ended checking to see if we were satisfied with their work.  I could tell they took pride in their work and wanted our experience to at least meet if not exceed expectations.   I have recommended Structure Remodeling to other friends and am certain to call them for any future projects.

When we decided to add on a sunroom,walk in closet,new roof and siding Structure Remodeling came highly recommended to us and now we know why!!!!Donald and his crew were dependable and well mannered (we never heard any profanity).The job was finished on a timely basis considering all the bad weather they faced during construction and each day ended with cleaning up after themselves which you never see from other companies. Donald worked with us to design a beautiful deck with gazebo from only a couple of crude sketches and pictures off the internet. He and his crew build things right, showing attention to quality and detail throughout the construction. The team was always couteous and professional. From the siding instalation, to the design and fabrication of the new cellar door, Donalds' knowlegde was a great asset to solving problems that we discovered as the repairs began.
